Wiesmann Spyder Concept Ready for Geneva

The preparation of Geneva Motor Show is considerably smooth and going well. This auto show will be opened in Monday. Ahead of the event, the exclusive photo of the latest concept car from Wiesmann, the Wiesmann Spyder concept, has circulated widely on the internet.

Last weekend, there is a report that German niche sports car manufacturer, Wiesmann, will bringing their latest concept car to geneva in order to gauge interest with the production version. The concept car can be seen in the picture above, coated in a very interesting color. The full details on the Wiesmann Spyder is still hasn’t be released, but judging from the photo, I think it will be lovable.

I am hoping that there will be more picture and specific details on the car once the Geneva Motor Show is running. It seems that the more details will exactly wait the press release day of the event remembering that it is only in days count before the event started. This concept car was promised to bringing a more than just what a traditional sports car can be. Let’s just wait and see.

New Subaru Impreza WRX-STI Convertible

New Subaru Impreza WRX-STI Convertible

Some dealerships do strange things to their vehicles. Remember on how many cars were sent out with some awful vinyls and fabric roff add-ons. In Manchester, New Hampshire, Manchester Subaru don’t want to put a fake trim leevl on top of the 2011 Subaru WRX STI. However, they are more prefer to choose all Chainsaw Massacre theme on the sedan. The result can be seen above, just like a picnic basket of automotive woe.

You can see that the left handle after all the chop shopping maintains some look of rigidity, while the rest of them seems pretty awful. The tonneau was really an ill fitting, while the  chopped door pillars and the enormous wing as the trademark of an STI car still hangs off the trunklid. This is not the worst part of the car yet though. The worst part is the pricing, a whole $ 75,000.

However, the price might be considered as understandable if you see that you will have the exclusivity, but with those amount of money, I think you are able to buy a more sophisticated high performance convertible car, and not like this model.

MTM Audi R8 Debut At Geneva

MTM Audi R8 Debut At Geneva

It seems that the MTM’s booth at Geneva Motor Show will still be visible even if you are from outer show. This is because the team from Wettstetten will bringing their non painted Audi R8 BiTurbo to the hall 5 at Geneva. MTM, a German tuning house, were prefer to use a polished aluminum than a paint for this BiTurbo car. The company don’t want to reveal on how did they totally removed the paint, but they said that it took 700 hours of polishing to make it look like today.

If the polished accent on its skin still not enough to turn your attention, MTM also packed the latest Audi R8 car with a 777 twin turbocharged horsepower just to let their visitors notice that they weren’t fooling around. The result of that engine is a claimed top speed of 217 mph, allowing it to be the fastest R8 today. This car will be worth over 400.000 €.

If you don’t like R8 that much, don’t worry. MTM is also bringing the 472 horsepower from the Audi TT RS with a top speed of 195 mph to the show. Seem like this will be the other challengers of the much awaited Lamborghini Aventador.

Xenatec will use the Geneva Motor Show to reveal their Cruiserio Coupe product. One of their customer was ordering the hyper luxury car which is based on the Maybach 57S. The design of the car is created by Fredrik Burchhardt to exactly meet the customer’s desire. After that, it was hand built by the team from Xenatec.

For the exterior, this Xenatec Cruiserio Coupe will be swathed in a two matte color tone finish which is designed to give it a brassy shimmer when it meet the light. Xenatec Claims that this paint was also a hand made thing with several stages to make it look like that. In the inside, you will also meet a Xenatec one-off which is featuring a hand stitched natural, espresso-colored Nappa hides, and an undyed buffalo leather.

In order to bring the car to the next level of ludicrous opulence, Xenatic use a blackberry Alcantara to line the footwells. The whole package is set off by Xenatec in the car’s panorama roof, which is mated in a Nappa leather headliner. However, there is still no words on how much this exclusivity will costs.

Jeeper Teamed Up With Delta 4×4 For 60th Anniversary

Jeeper Teamed Up With Delta 4x4 For 60th Anniversary

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Jeep, Jeeper has teamed up with Delta 4×4, a well known company in Europe for aftermarket wheels, tires, and some offroad accessories. They will produce a limited edition champagne. Jeeper was a high end vineyard in the middle of champagne region. Armand Goutorbe came back from WWII with some serious injuries, so he couldn’t navigate the rough terrain on his vineyard. Then he bought an Army Jeep to help him.

As the time goes by, that Jeep become a vital part of his life, so that his friends nicknamed him as a Jeeper. He then eventually renamed the vineyard to honor his trusted vehicle. This champagne to commemorating Jeep’s 60th anniversary is called as ‘Delta Jeeper Grande Reserve Brut Jeep 60-year anniversary’.

Jeeper says that the champagne is marked by the scent of flowers which stinks like long lasting with a honeyed fruit bouquet which is gently linges on the close. That sentences makes me thirsty already. If you want some of the champagne, a half case that contain six bottles will costs just $ 360.
